Fresh then frozen flatbread dough to cook up at home. Serve with falafel and salad, as a wrap or accompanying a curry. Make 4 flatbreads.

  1. Dust flour over a work bench and place one flat bread ball on surface
  2. Roll flat breads thinly into entree plate sized discs
  3. Heat large fry pan over medium heat. Add a little flour to pan and place flatbread in pan. Cook one side for 2 minutes or until puffed up, then flip and cook second side for two minutes.
