Lovely with our tomato relish and a simple green salad on the side, serves 2. 

Ingredients: kale, ricotta, mozzarella, sour cream pastry (flour, sour cream, butter), onions, garlic, lemon, za’atar, paprika, salt, pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 170 degrees celsius 
  2. Place spanakopita on a tray and bake for 12-15 minutes or until a pairing knife inserted into the middle comes out hot to touch
