A fun meal for the family to jump into. Tender chicken drumsticks doused in hot sauce and served with cabbage slaw and soft corn bread. Feeds 4

Ingredients: Drumsticks (chicken drumsticks, pablo crumb, egg, milk, flour, salt, pepper, fermented chilli, white vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, butter, cayenne pepper), slaw (red cabbage, white cabbage, coriander, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper), cornbread (polenta, jalapeno, cheddar, milk, salt, pepper)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200oc
  2. Place the chicken onto a baking dish lined with baking paper and cook in the oven on the top shelf for 20 minutes or until piping hot in the centre
  3. Place the corn bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook for 10 minutes in the oven on the middle shelf or until piping hot in the middle
  4. Meanwhile, dress the slaw with the orange dressing
  5. Remove chicken from the oven and mix in a large bowl with buffalo sauce
  6. Serve 3 drumsticks per person along with a wedge of corn bread and slaw
